There’s good news for Ahmedabad’s property owners! The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has announced a 15% rebate on advance property tax payments for the financial year 2025-26. The announcement was made on February 14, 2025, and is expected to encourage more citizens to pay their property tax on time while boosting the city’s revenue collection.

Additionally, the AMC has received approval for a â‚ą15,502 crore civic budget, aimed at enhancing infrastructure, urban sustainability, and green energy initiatives. The budget ensures no additional financial burden on citizens while prioritizing essential civic projects.

The 15% rebate will be applicable to all property owners who make their tax payments in advance, starting from April 2025.
